After a difficult loss to Las Vegas the previous week, OMBAC
rebounded with a 13 try effort versus Belmont Shore.
OMBAC opened the scoring within the first minute of play when prop,
Troy Donoghue scored the first of his two tries. Within nine minutes
of Donoghue's try, both center Allister Steele and Fullback Phil
Tahana had scored the second and third tries of the game. After 10
minutes Belmont Shore found itself down 17-0.
Steele converted a penalty kick at 19 minutes which was quckly
followed by Donoghue's second try at 22 minutes. An impressive long,
winding run by wing Andrew Webb led to a short pass to fellow wing
JP Bolwahnn who touched down beneath the posts at 24 minutes. Steele
easily made the conversion. Scrum half Ryan Claros scored the first
of hs two tries at 34 minutes, ending scoring for the first half.

OMBAC picked up where it left off in the first half running in 7
more tries. Scorers in the second half were hooker Jeremy Wright,
scrumhalf Ryan Claros, flanker Eric Stewart , 2 by wing Andrew Webb,
#8 Guy Dotan and one by substitute scrumhalf Alexis Alfaro. Kickers
Allister Steele and Dave DiSorbo converted 6 of the 7 tries.
