Sign-ups for the 2016 OMBAC World Championship OTL Tournament

OTL team sign-ups start at 9 AM on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the “BEACHCOMBER & PENNANT” bars on Mission Boulevard in South Mission Beach. Applications will be available on a first-come/first-served basis until all 1,200 applications are gone. One player from each team must be present.
Anyone in line before 7 AM, may not be permitted into this year’s OTL. SDPD and OMBAC security will be strictly enforcing this rule. It is unfortunate that we have this procedure but the only other option is for the City of San Diego to shut us down totally. Please work with us! Please do not be the person or persons that causes OMBAC to lose its annual sign-up day or even worse the Over-the-Line Tournament. Thank you!
NOTE: This is the only location/date in the San Diego area to sign up for OTL!
Registration fee is $99 per team and is due and payable at the time of application. Cash, credit card or check made payable to “OMBAC” will be accepted.
NOTE: If you do not register your team on this date, you will probably not be allowed in the tournament.
We are limited to 1200 teams! NO EXCEPTIONS!
2016 OTL Team Application Procedures
The following application procedure will be used:
A) Seeded Teams will be mailed applications no earlier then April 1, 2016.

B) Teams that played beyond the 2014 OTL “PRE-APP” line (the Pre-App line was designated on the second Saturday, July 19, 2014, on Division Brackets). Those teams will be sent an entry application no earlier then April 1, 2016.
Application will be mailed to the captain of the 2015 team only. The team captain is responsible for proper change of address.
Any changes must be submitted in writing to OTL Committee address below (seeded teams and pre-apps only – NO EXCEPTIONS).
C) SAN DIEGO COUNTY TEAMS.
Saturday, May 7, 2016 – 9 AM start time

1st come, 1st served – limited to 1200 total teams
NOTE: Starting in 2014 – there will no longer be sign-ups held at Blackies in Newport Beach.

D) NON-SAN DIEGO COUNTY TEAMS (That is everyone else!)
Step 1- You send us a request to play AND a SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE (Business Size, Self Sealing).
Step 2- We send back an application and information in the envelope you provided us.
Step 3- You mail back the application along with your check and your parking form with a separate check if you would like to have reserved parking
Step 4- We mail you back a confirmation card.
Send in your team application request in a “SELF-ADDRESSED” “STAMPED RETURN BUSINESS SIZE SELF-SEALING ENVELOPE” (two ounces please). Send those requests to:
