Valerie assumed the important duties of the Ms. Emerson Runner-Up during the Very Busy and important Holiday Season. OMBAC participates in a variety of community activities throughout the Christmas holidays including parades, parties and productions. A single Ms. Emerson simply cannot be stretched to cover all of OMBAC'S seasonal activities. Ms. Emerson and her Runner-Up are little sisters to the more than 450 active OMBAC members and their myriad activities and charitable works.
