Out-of-State (and
Northern California) request for applications will be accepted from
January 1 through April 28, 2011. If you request an application after
April 15, 2011, your chance of getting your team into the tournament are
pretty much "slim or none". Please get your request in ASAP. All
out-of-state requests will be mailed out to the team captain no earlier
than April 1, 2011.

The application will be
mailed to that address no earlier than April 1, 2011.
Applications must be
completed and returned to the OTL Committee at the address on the back
of the application before April 28, 2011.
Note that...
Only teams from areas
other than San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino
counties may request applications by mail. Teams from San Diego and those surrounding
locales must pick up their applications in person at either the San
Diego location or Newport Beach location.

In San Diego...
(NOTE: there is a
major change in the procedure
for Signups in San Diego.
In years past, players could line up for signups the night before
(usually after the Beachcomber closed). In 2010, OMBAC received
several complaints not only from the residents of South Mission Beach
but also from the San Diego Police Department. Several people got
in line for signups early in the morning (2 or 3 AM) and proceeded to
party into the early hours, were yelling and screaming, and used much
profanity for several hours. Those were the "good complaints".)
San Diego Signups will now start at 10 AM with the
signup line starting at 8 AM
sharp.
Anyone in line before
8 AM, will not be permitted
into the tournament. SDPD and OMBAC security will be strictly
enforcing this rule. It is unfortunate that we have had to change
the procedures but the only other option is for the City of San Diego to
shut us down totally. Please work with us! Please do not be
the person or persons that causes OMBAC to lose its annual signup day or
even worse the Over-the-Line Tournament.

at 10:00 AM at the "Beachcomber/Pennant" Bars on Mission Boulevard in
South Mission Beach.
The Line for OTL Signups starts at 8 AM
sharp. Anyone in line before 8 AM will not be permitted into OTL!
This will be strictly enforced with "NO EXCEPTIONS"!
Applications will be
available on a first-come/first-served basis until all 1,200
applications are gone.
One player from each
team must be present.
NOTE: This is the only
location in the San Diego area to sign up for OTL!
